Currently we have various ways to receive reservations such as website, Facebook, Advertising vendors, Google and so on. We have 2 outlets in Singapore, and one outlet has a 2nd floor hence reservation management is easy to get messy. TORETA allows us to gather all reservations together and can manage efficiently. It helps us to save time a lot for our staff to manage reservations and manage tables. Also we like its user-friendly interface.
